Product descriptions and images

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and the related images are correct, however in some cases we may use a stock image of the item or accidentally list a picture of a different item. Due to this all images should be treated as being for illustration purposes only,

Refunds

We take great care to ensure that your order is packaged correctly so that it arrives with you in the condition you would expect.  However, there can be occasions when through no fault of our own the items arrive with you in a damaged condition. Should this happen please contact us immediately at info@modleworks.co.uk . We will look to replace the damaged item (subject to stock availability) or alternatively give you the choice of having a refund.

Returns

Should you find that the item delivered to you was not as expected then we are happy to accept returns although we would asked you to contact us by email before returning the item. .

Payment methords

At the time of placing your order you will be given the option to make payment through Paypal.  Having selected the Paypal option you will be re-directeddirected to the Paypal seure site where you can then make your payment.

Website and Prices

We take great care to present the products on our website as accurately as possible. The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Website are as set out on the Website. Where additional charges are made for delivery, they are clearly displayed. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective for the countries and regions we deliver to.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing and delivery information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, products and specifications of products on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time. We will not be liable to you or to anyone else for withdrawing goods from the website.

When viewing the product on our website (particularly decals) the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display settings and colour capability. As a result the product may not represent the true colour representation. We are not able to guarantee that the pictures of the products you see are an accurate representation of the actual item.
